The Horses of Pamlico Board of Directors is made up of community members who generously give their time, wisdom, and leadership to ensure the long-term health and integrity of our rescue. They provide guidance, oversight, and accountability — helping us make thoughtful decisions that keep our horses safe and our organization strong.

Our board members serve not for recognition, but because they believe in compassion, responsible stewardship, and the power of second chances. Their commitment allows HOPE to continue growing, improving, and serving both horses and our community.
